• Location Data: Approximate location when scanning artist QR codes (with your permission)
• Audio Data: Short audio clips for song verification purposes only (not stored permanently)
• Usage Data: App interactions, features used, and performance data

• Process song requests and payments
• Verify song playback through audio fingerprinting
• Connect fans with artists at live performances
• Send notifications about request status
• Improve our services and user experience

4. Audio Fingerprinting

Encore uses ACRCloud technology to verify that requested songs are played. When verification is triggered:

• A short audio sample is captured
• The sample is converted to an audio fingerprint
• The fingerprint is matched against a music database
• Audio samples are not stored after processing

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store complete credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling: stripe.com/privacy

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Stripe (payments), ACRCloud (audio verification), Firebase (app infrastructure)
• Artists: Your display name and request details are shared with artists you send requests to

• Audio fingerprints are processed in real-time and not stored
